Starting June 1, 2026, some of your Fulfilment by Amazon (FBA) shipments will be directed to a new facility in Kemps Creek, New South Wales. The facility, XSY2, expands our fulfilment footprint in Western Sydney, helping position inventory closer to customers across the region.
XSY2 is located at 10 Buda Way, Kemps Creek 2178 New South Wales and accepts standard-size products only.

Our first shipment to XSY2 is officially a failure.
Our products were received but are still marked as "Out of stock".
After pushing Amazon several times, it was revealed that "Your units are currently at a fulfillment center that does not support direct customer order fulfillment at this time."
Okay, so somehow XSY2 is dysfunctional in spite of having been opened for months. Great job.
