    Shipping to AWD from China - IUTE - Do I require to palletise my cartons in China for shipping?

    I created an AWD shipment plan and Amazon created my carton labels and a pallet label too. However, they also said: ""We've assigned your floor loaded shipment to a West Coast Palletizable (US) warehouse. We'll palletize your shipment for you."".

    From this, I believe I should ship my cartons floor-loaded. But my shipper is telling me I should palletise my cartons in China.

    Copilot confirms I should not. And tells me that Amazno will palletise the goods themselves when they receive them and apply the pallet label then.

    Any idea/advise please? Pallet or floor loaded?

    Got a response from Amazzozn for those interested:

    Floor-loaded shipments require a minimum of 200 boxes per shipment, so with only 19 cartons, floor loading is not an option for your shipment. You must ship your cartons on pallets using the pallet labels that were already generated for you.

    Please keep the following pallet requirements in mind:

    - Use 40 x 48 inches, 4-way access wooden pallets

    - Pallets must be shrink-wrapped with no overhang on the edges

    - All boxes must be stacked the same way (either all horizontal or all vertical)

    - Small parcel deliveries cannot be sent to this region
